🔧 What You'll Be Doing

We’re on the lookout for a talented CNC Lathe Setter or Programmer (2, 3 & 4 axis) to join our dynamic Machine Shop.

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up and run NC & CNC lathes, milling machines, drills, and auxiliary machines

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide setups

• Programme machines using CAM software and optimise cutting paths

• Ensure production accuracy using various measurement instruments

• Adjust settings to maintain top quality and output

• Conduct troubleshooting and regular machine maintenance

• Uphold safety standards and collaborate with team members

• Strong grasp of manufacturing processes and safety protocols

• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and manuals

• Familiarity with Fanuc controls (Preferred)

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Mon–Wed: 7.30am–4.30pm

  • Thu: 7.30am–4.00pm

  • Fri: 7.30am–1.00pm

  • (30-minute unpaid lunch Mon–Thu)
