Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing:
β¦ Handling customer orders, quotes, account setups, and data entry
β¦ Responding to emails, phone calls, live chats – all with a personal, helpful touch
β¦ Proactively calling existing customers with product updates and alternatives
β¦ Managing backorders and keeping customers informed
β¦ Coordinating returns, deliveries, and branded logo setups
β¦ Supporting web portal orders while encouraging digital adoption
β¦ Hitting KPIs and collaborating closely with your manager and team
