Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing:
⦁ Handling customer orders, quotes, account setups, and data entry
⦁ Responding to emails, phone calls, live chats – all with a personal, helpful touch
⦁ Proactively calling existing customers with product updates and alternatives
⦁ Managing backorders and keeping customers informed
⦁ Coordinating returns, deliveries, and branded logo setups
⦁ Supporting web portal orders while encouraging digital adoption
⦁ Hitting KPIs and collaborating closely with your manager and team
