Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling customer orders, quotes, account setups, and data entry
Responding to emails, phone calls, live chats – all with a personal, helpful touch
Proactively calling existing customers with product updates and alternatives
Managing backorders and keeping customers informed
Coordinating returns, deliveries, and branded logo setups
Supporting web portal orders while encouraging digital adoption
Hitting KPIs and collaborating closely with your manager and team
