Support the interviewing and onboarding process, carrying out appraisals and discuss routes to improve efficiency · Engage directly with customers: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and deliver high-quality service. · Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed logs of all repairs, services, and parts used to ensure transparency and accountability. · Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety procedures: Follow all relevant guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Essential Qualifications and Skills: · Proven experience: Demonstrated experience working within Manufacturing, Logistics, agricultural, Plant as a service, workshop or depot manager showcasing your ability to handle various technical challenges & leadership skills · Strong problem-solving abilities: Exceptional diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. · Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with customers and team members effectively, ensuring clear and concise information exchange. · Customer service mindset: A commitment to providing outstanding service and building strong customer relationships. · Self-motivated and team-oriented: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. · Valid UK driving licence: Required for travel to customer sites and other work-related locations.
