Junior Data Analyst

Salary: £25,000+ (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (8:30am – 5:00pm, hybrid working – 3 days office / 2 days home)
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a growing data-led organisation to recruit a Junior Data Analyst to join their Business Insights & Analytics team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a numerically minded graduate or early-career analyst to build technical skills and gain broad commercial experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting teams across marketing, operations, pricing, and customer service with data-led insights

• Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor performance and identify trends

• Contributing to experimentation and testing around customer experience and pricing

• Learning modern tools including SQL, Python, Tableau, and Databricks (training provided)

• Collaborating with stakeholders across the business and within the wider analytics team

What we’re looking for:

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Maths, Economics, Statistics or similar

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Some Excel experience and a keen interest in data and technology

• A passion for learning and personal development
