Outreach Support Worker – Hertfordshire (Term-Time Only)

A specialist education provider in Hertfordshire seeks an Outreach Support Worker to support children with complex needs in a residential setting.

Key Duties

- Support pupils before and after school
- Contribute to a tailored 24-hour curriculum
- Promote communication and independence
- Take part in sleep-in duties (additional pay)

Requirements

- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to train)
- Experience with SEN or complex needs
- Calm, empathetic, and professional approach

Details

- Monday to Friday shifts
- No weekends or bank holidays
- Salary paid in 12 monthly instalments
