Location: Peterborough
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shifts: Flexible – Afternoons and Nights (5 days out of 7, including weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional, friendly manner
• Log requests accurately using CRM systems
• Manage workload efficiently and prioritise tasks
• Follow GDPR guidelines
• Liaise with engineers, clients, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Record clear and detailed reports of each customer interaction
