Recruitment Account Consultant

Location – Derby

Vacancy Type – Permanent

Shifts – Monday to Friday with on-call weekends, 08:30 – 17:30 (can be flexible)

Salary – Dependant on experience + Uncapped commission

Interaction Recruitment are looking to hire an On-site Recruitment Account Consultant, based in the Derby area. The successful applicant will be responsible for the recruitment and management of HGV1 Driver’s for our client.

Responsibilities:

-          Ensure that operational staffing requirements are fulfilled

-          Sourcing, screening and registering candidates

-          Regular meetings with our client’s stakeholders to obtain requirements

-          Workforce management

-          Compliance and payroll

-          Ensure that the workforce adhere to driving regulations

Please note, some travel will be required between client sites, a full UK driving licence will therefore be required.

Desired Experience:

-          Recruitment experience (in-house or agency)

-          Recruitment and management of a temporary workforce within the transport sector
