Interaction Health and Social Care are looking for Ofsted registered managers for Childrens homes across Northampton.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Home Manager to open a new three bed home for children/young people aged 8-18 years with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and/or Learning Difficulties within the Northampton area.
We are looking for a Registered Home Manager who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for our young people.
If successful, you will be part of recruiting a new staff team. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a direct a team in supporting vulnerable children and young people.
No two days are ever the same, sometimes they may be challenging but they will always be positive and rewarding.
What you will need to succeed:
· Diploma Level 5 in Leadership Health and Social Care Children and Young People, or equivalent.
· At least 2 years supervisor experience with a children's home.
· Previous experience of managing a children's home is desirable.
· Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and legislation.
· Good knowledge of safeguarding.
· Strong, energetic leader.
· Computer literate.
· Organised and be able to multitask.
