🌟 Job Opportunity: Male Support Worker – Exmouth (Full-Time, Permanent) 🌟

Location: Exmouth
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (including weekdays, weekends, and sleep-ins)
Salary: £25,933 – £30,302 per annum (plus additional pay for sleep-ins)
Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
BSL Training: British Sign Language (BSL) Level 3 training fully funded

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? We are seeking a Male Support Worker to join our team in Exmouth to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Support individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being
• Assist with personal care, medication, and mobility needs
• Engage in meaningful activities and community involvement
• Work flexibly across weekdays and weekends, including sleep-in shifts (with additional pay)

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• A caring, reliable, and empathetic approach
• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins
• Commitment to learning – BSL Level 3 training will be provided and paid for
• Must have the right to work in the UK
