Parts Advisor - Automotive Industry Cross Hands 26,000-£39,000 per annum Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday
About the Role
Interaction Recruitment are excited to represent a passionate and growing automotive business based in Cross Hands and are looking for a Parts Advisor to join theirr busy and dynamic team. Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their parts department, supporting both internal teams and external customers with a high level of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately interpret customer needs and supply parts using the parts catalogue.
Process orders and manage incoming stock, ensuring correct storage and system updates.
Handle parts deliveries and collections as required.
Maintain stock control and assist with regular stock takes.
Provide professional and friendly customer service both in person and over the phone.
Ensure all outgoing stock, returns, and documentation are processed correctly.
Pre-pick and book workshop parts to improve efficiency.
Invoice parts in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with warranty and old unit returns.
Collaborate closely with technicians, foremen, and other departments.

Computer literate with the ability to input and extract data from systems.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience in a parts or automotive environment.
Familiarity with Kerridge/ADP systems.
Knowledge of the automotive industry.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
