We at Interaction Recruitment are working on behalf of our National client in the Logistic & Transport Industry, a pioneer in their industry for over 50 years

Location: Wakefield Area.

Hours: Sunday to Thursday days , the hours will be 08:00 - 17:00 , with out of hours calls to be handled .

Salary: 35,000

Reporting to the Transport Manager

They are looking for someone to join their transport planning team.

Delivering effect and excellent support to Internal departments, Drivers, Customers and Suppliers.

Organise and plan Collections and Deliveries in a professional and confident manner.

You will need to understand UK Driving Regulations, as well as Operator licence.

Be aware of Health and Safety regulations, to dealing with Drivers working time and Tachograph knowledge.

You will have to be well organised, can prioritise workloads. Communicate to Drivers about re-routing, deliveries and collections.

Completing internal and external documents, transport movement orders, driver documents.
