We are pleased to be working alongside our esteemed client who have a new and exciting opportunity for a HR professional to take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR aspects of the business and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands on role and includes a wide range of tasks, such as:

· Providing HR and Recruitment support

· Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing employment offers

· Apply for candidates working visa

· Support the development of HR policy and procedures to drive performance - especially around employment law, L&D, organisation design, changes and implementation, employee welfare & engagement

· Managing the HR inbox

· Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related support

· Managing employee personal records

· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance & pension scheme enrolment

· Complying with all HR regulations

· Inputting and managing payroll information

· Providing administrative support to managers within the business

· Scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements

· Preparing presentations and reports

Essential Skills & Experience:

· Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes

· Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team

· Proactive, positive, happy to take on and deliver HR projects, eager to develop and progress

· Thorough attention to detail

· Ability to work in a thriving, demanding and fast paced environment

· Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle a busy workload

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial

· Good skills in Microsoft Office such as outlook, word, excel etc

· Professional and confident with excellent interpersonal skills

· Solid knowledge of human resources and employment law

· CIPD qualified

· Good knowledge of employment legislation, UK right to work, visas, IR35, organisational design and employee welfare

· Experience with HR systems

· Experience processing working visas for staff
