Interaction Technical is proud to partner with a well-established and growing automotive business in Milton Keynes. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Diagnostic Technician to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped workshop with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Your Role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will play a key role in identifying and resolving complex vehicle issues, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. You’ll work closely with the Service Advisor team to deliver a seamless and premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on a wide range of vehicles.
• Utilise manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate technical updates and repair progress.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• VAG Diagnostic Certification (preferred).
• Proven experience in a diagnostic or senior technician role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
