Warehouse Operative - Exeter

Position: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Exeter

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative for our client in Exeter. This role offers a temporary to permanent position following a successful trial period. Due to the location and shift hours, reliable transportation is essential as public transport options are limited.

Responsibilities:

• Packing, sorting, unloading, and loading goods
• Performing general warehouse duties
• Heavy lifting involved

Opportunities for Advancement:

• Potential to progress to a Van Driver role
• Van Driver shifts involve covering collections for existing routes

Requirements:

• Ability to transport yourself to the site
• Experience is beneficial but not essential as training is provided
• Must hold a current manual UK driving license.

Shift Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 13:00 to 19:30

Pay Rate:

• £12.72 per hour for Warehouse Operative
• £14.07 per hour for Van Driver shifts (available approximately 8 to 10 weeks per year, from 10:00 to 19:30). Opportunity to do this full time after probation.
