Maintenance Engineer - Derby

Salary £35 - £40k per annum + Overtime @ time + half

Hours of work - Monday to Thursday - 40 hours 

• General preventative maintenance and checks of onsite industrial machinery and equipment.
• Breakdown repair/ fault find of onsite machinery and equipment to minimise downtime.
• Recognized formal engineering qualification, apprenticeship, HND/HNC.
• Carry out and logging of daily, weekly and monthly inspections.
• Liaising effectively with relevant contractors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable requirements

• Knowledge of compressor and cooling systems
• Welding experience
• Knowledge of gas and steam systems
• Electrical experience/ 18th Edition
• MEWP/ PAL licence
• Knowledge of PUWER
