Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machinist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial sewing machines and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for sewing, assembling, and finishing garments according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, assemble, and finish garments.
• Follow patterns and instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sewing Machinist or similar role.
• Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines.
• Ability to read and interpret patterns and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
