£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to work within a very busy and successful Contact Centre in South Yorkshire.
You must have previous experience of Operations Management in a very busy Call Centre environment. If you have worked within a Sales/Customer Service Contact Centre with circa 250 fte’s or similar and you’re looking for a busy role that will challenge you and develop your skills further then this is the role for you.
You will assist the Operations Director to improve overall performance, using strong development strategies.
I am looking for someone who has experience of working as an Operations Manager within an outsourcing contact centre environment.
It is advisable that you drive and have your own transport for an easy commute due to the location of the site, however there will be public transport routes with a little walk if you don’t.
