Salary up to £80k + Car, Bonus, Pension, Healthcare and Equity Share
Due to our continuing growth across all sectors and regions we are looking for a successful leader to run our permanent business in the South. If you have followed Interaction over the last 10 years you will have seen how strong and continuous our growth has been. We operate 8 verticals/specialist sectors and we recruit the best talent we can find in the market. We are a higher margin business and avoid low margin work. Our business has very much a sales culture and our staff are largely 360 degree recruiters and billing managers.
The role of Director of Permanent Recruitment will take full accountability for all of Interaction Recruitment’s Southern recruitment services for new perm divisions. Initially this role will require an individual who has the local and regional knowledge to start the business. You will have an understanding of how the marketplace will change in the forthcoming years, and above all be able to proactively meet those changes and demands. You will need to kick start billings and establish teams within this region.
Interaction Recruitment invoices 1700+ customers a week alongside this our £70m turnover and 250 staff give you a tremendous platform to build a business. There will be the opportunity to leverage from our existing customer base although you will be expected to win your own business. Further to this you will be required to build a team around your successes then develop and mentor this team in your region.
Suitable candidates come with significant experience of billing alongside recruiting, training and developing consultants. This role should appeal to regional managers, team managers, vertical managers and Directors looking for the autonomy to run their own business. However, we will also consider applications from senior consultants who wish to and have the ability to run a team. We expect from all of our leaders strong billings to enable us to invest into you growing your team and specialism. Interaction Recruitment expects all their managers to lead from the front.
It is our way of working that all our senior people are hands on and sell and earn fees. As the team grows we accept that this changes, but we emphasise that this is a hands on/lead from the front role and not a ‘sit back’ role.
We would award you equity in the business on achievement of milestones and results. This opportunity should enable you to make over £1m in addition to your normal package.
