Title: E-learning Trainer
Contract: Full Time, permanent
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum dependent upon experience

Interaction Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity for an E-learning Trainer. You will be responsible for coordinating the after sales implementation of our e-learning systems and train Administrators on the systems features.
To thrive in this role candidates will require a high degree and background within the finance industry, excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to multi-task across projects and technologies, strong collaboration and teamwork principles, a comprehensive grasp of money laundry, a strong knowledge of the new GDPR legislations, a strong knowledge in business development and sales, an aptitude for learning new applications and skills, and a passion for producing high- quality work.
Duties and responsibilities:
Moodle Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) administration and support
Coordinate content development schedules with partners
Provide guidance on best practice for setting up content on Moodle
Assist with onboarding of educational technologies to internal and external colleagues
Assist with administration of new learning platforms as and when required
Skills and Experience
E-Learning Trainer at least 3+ years experience
Technological Expertise - familiarity with current software tools for the creation, administration and operation of virtual learning environments for e-learning using Moodle, and relevant tools and techniques that support good on-line learning, along with Microsoft office skills.
Experience in the development of e-learning content using course creation software such as Lectora or Storyline.
Team player - experience of working successfully within a team environment and build rapport with team members
Communication - good interpersonal communication skills and self-awareness
Work planning - effective workload management skills and ability to use initiative to solve problems.
