Interaction recruitment is currently recruiting for Customer Experience Account Manager, join an innovative software vendor specialising in the SaaS based Customer Experience Solutions market.  This is an exciting opportunity to work for a niche Global leader with a unique suite of solutions that has attracted some very impressive customers in the Enterprise space.

On the back of over £30million of funding last year, this company is investing heavily in continual product development and growth.  This company has had exceptional success globally in recent years, clients include the likes of Google, Amazon, PayPal, Twitter, IBM, Hilton, HSBC, RBS, Mercedes Benz and Bupa to name just a handful.

Our client is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager who is operating within the UX/ CX or alternatively more general SaaS space currently. The remit of the role is to manage around 30 UK and European enterprise level accounts, liaising with Users and Stakeholders to ensure they are getting as much out of the technology as possible. The role also comes with around 20% overseas travel a month. The ideal candidate for this Customer Success Account Manager role should have/be:

  • Proven Track Record in Customer Success/ Account management managing no more than 40 accounts;

  • Solid SaaS experience;

  • Additional language skills are a plus;

  • Experience selling into Enterprise accounts;

  • Dynamic, driven and takes a consultative approach.
