RETAIL NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

NATIONAL – HEAD OFFICE BASED IN LEEDS

Food Brand

In the region for £35,000 with bonus, car, great holiday allowance and benefits.

This exciting new role gives you the opportunity to join a superb and well recognised National Food Brand, based at their head office in Leeds, managing performance and profitability for the brand, compiling sales reports and reviewing brand performance.

You will Identify B2B and B2C root to market for the Brand.

Working face to face with retailers and distributors gaining new customers monthly. Building relationships with customers and key contacts to ensure product availability and distribution.

Attending category meetings with clients to increase in depth knowledge and to influence category plans in line with customer needs and opportunities.

You will have the ability to Identify, establish and maximise sales for the brand in the B2C food retail network.

Establish and maintain customer loyalty to the brand through regular visits and innovative ways of selling.

Prepare, organise, implement and deliver presentations and promotional initiatives to grow accounts and maximum their potential.

Part of the role will involve regular reviews with retailers, distributors and key contacts to include business performance, buying trends and forecasts, orders and promotional activities.

You will liaise with internal suppliers to check progress of existing orders, stock and activities, developing annual account goals and customer business plans in line with sales targets.

Delivering brand initiatives through distributors and customers is a key part of the role, supporting retail sales with customer focused marketing activity.

You will work closely with marketing team in order to drive the current product portfolio and future brand launches.

My client is looking for you to be below to demonstrate effective time management and self-motivation skills, as well as excellent communication and proven negotiation skills.

You will manage and utilise creative marketing initiatives, technical expertise and administration resource to deliver success of the brand.

Attend trade shows, product launches and sales meetings.

An attractive salary of £35,000 is offered with excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, car or allowance, private healthcare and pension.
