A renowned property services provider based in London is currently searching for a Commissioning Manager to join the organisation.
They are responsible for the preparation, design, negotiation and delivery of all planned works to 21,000 residential properties in Westminster.
Majority are in conservation areas or listed with many high value but also large post war purpose built estates up to 22 storeys high.
Managing a turnover of circa £22m a year completing major refurbishments including window repair/replacements, roof repair/replacement, electrical, communal heating systems, external cladding, internal and external decoration, concrete/stucco repairs.
Reporting to the Commercial and Compliance Manager, the Commissioning Manager is responsible for developing and managing the pre-contract systems and activities within a term partnership to ensure the effective preparation of Tasks and Task Orders comprising the Investment Programme.
The Commissioning Manager shall thoroughly scrutinise Project Execution Plans and Proposals Documents received from Service Providers to ensure they comply with the requirements set out in Client Briefs and obligations defined in the partnering agreement.
The Commissioning Manager shall motivate, lead and guide the Proposals team members to drive the efficient development of Tasks within the Investment Programme.
