Business Development Executive (IT / Software) - £40k+ – Cambridge – Expanding Sales Team
Our client is a very successful and growing IT Software cCmpany based in the centre of Cambridge. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their successful and growing sales team! This is a new post and a very exciting opportunity for a talented sales professional (preferably from a Software Sales background), to join what has proven to be an excellent sales team with an excellent working environment.
The Business Development Executive will involve:
- Delivering on the complete sales cycle – specifically for high value new business
- Developing relationships with existing customers – specifically up selling new solutions that are relevant to existing business
The Business Development Executives will have experience in the following:
Proven Sales experience and success - B2B
A consultative, professional approach to selling
A confident, motivated, professional personality and style
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers
Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
Effective time management and organisational skills
Attention to detail
A passionate interest in technology
Basic salary - £25k
Realistic minimum on target earnings - £40k
This is a full-time permanent position working 35 hours per week.
