Managing Director/Pattern Manager

My client is looking for a Managing Director/Pattern manager for a new part of their business.  This is an exciting time for this company as they are expanding their current composite manufacturing business to now encompass the pattern making process.

You will be setting up from scratch this extension to the existing business so will be involved from inception.  You will be working with the owner of the company and will be involved in the P & L, buying the machines, setting up the pattern shop, employing the staff and generally overseeing the whole process. 

This part of the business is going to be set up as a Ltd company in its own right.  My client is a composite manufacturing business specialising in the automotive industry as well as others and as so this person needs to have a composite/pattern making background.   What he is looking for is someone with pattern making experience. 

This person will probably have come up through the ranks so understands and can do all the duties involved with this type of work.  An extremely forward thinking, growing concern moving within a fast changing and very competitive market place.  So if you think you have the skills and experience and looking for an exciting new challenge please let me have your details.
