Looking for an experienced Human Recourses Officer to join a successful manufacturing company based in Cambridge.



The ideal candidate must be CIPD qualified and have at least 2 years experience in a supervisor position in HR. To be technically competent in the field of employment law. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, proactive leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to resolve conflict and develop relationships. You must be business and market aware and have experience of running an outsourced payroll system. This is a stand alone role and therefore you must be able to work off your own initiative.
