Looking for a part-time HR Officer to provide generalist HR support to over 300 people for one of our clients based in Royston.
Support will include recruitment, induction, payroll, performance management, training, development and policy creation and change.
Candidates will ideally have a Personnel of Human Resources related degree. If not will be MCIPD. In addition they will have experience as an HR Officer, ideally in a blue collar production environment.
Candidates must have a good knowledge of current UK legislation and be conversant with latest HR best practice. They must be extremely focused on the delivery of high quality written work and the HR data. Applicants should be good at prioritising work, have good levels of initiative and be tenacious. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential and candidates should be able to present a positive disposition and maintain constructive relationships when under stress.
