An International company based inWest Londonis looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager Team Leader covering EMEA, this will be initially a 6 month contract.
This role is responsible for managing the inside sales representatives and the telesales personnel in the assigned theatre. This team is responsible for calling on identified channel accounts, end users, or Large Corporate Accounts based on the assigned District/Region/Theatre. Also conducts next level lead follow-up to grow and qualify leads. Requires active collaboration with all aspects of the business (internal and external) to accomplish goals. Establishes and develops effective business relationships through the different selling phases while increasing sales and inside sales productivity.
- Directly manages the corporate coordinators, strategic sales and has dotted line responsibility for the international coordinators, strategic sales to ensure there is alignment to the process and vision.
- Effectively manages human capital plans - Demonstrates the ability to assess talent with increased diversity in responsibility.
- Inspires others to drive to results and expand to reach their potential- Effectively motivates team to drive to the organizational vision.
- Assess productivity levels of coordinators and manages workflow accordingly.
- Provides performance feedback leveraging employee strengths and develops identified competency gaps.
- Manages a portfolio of key global accounts including: coordinates and establishes update calls for the virtual account team.
- Outlines the client objectives, deadlines, deliverables and acts as the project manager to coordinate all aspects. This includes the coordination with the manufacturing divisions to ensure availability, the supply chain management organization to ensure timely delivery, as well as the distributors to coordinate inventory and turns to support the delivery times.
Key Skills
- Strong Management skills and experience, managing 9 Internal Account Manager’s covering EMEA. Coaching, driving for sales numbers we are looking for someone who is highly skilled in inside sales.
- Bachelor’s degree required MBA optional, experience in direct sales and inside sales preferred.
- Manages team which can include inside sales representatives and telesales representatives.
- Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and Evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Uses professional concepts, cultural knowledge in developing resolution to critical issues. Has strong business acumen including CRM and the sales process
- Effectively uses the Microsoft office suite, CRM tools, Oracle, Business Objects and other analytics tools as needed
- B2B sales background
- Be able to speak another European language would be advantageous
Salary : £35,000- £37, 000. There will be a capped bonus up to 66%
